Anthony Snare is a graduate from Mansfield University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. A lifelong resident of Blair County, he attended Bellwood-Antis High School and currently resides in Duncansville with his wife Jennifer.

Anthony has ten years of experience in the mortgage industry. He specializes in locating the best mortgage product for each of his clients. Anthony demands the best customer service of himself as well as his staff. Anthony is quite active in the community. He sponsors multiple basketball and softball teams. Anthony is also a member of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce.

Anthony prides himself on being the best mortgage lender on the market. He believes passing along his experience and dedication to his clients will make long lasting relationships.

Justin Smith

Justin was born and raised in Portage, PA. He is a 1995 graduate of Portage Area High School. After high school, Justin attended Indiana University of PA. He entered into the mortgage industry in 2000. Justin still resides in Portage with his wife Alicia and daughters Payton and Avery.

Justin enjoys being the small town broker with national competitive rates. Justin believes every client should be treated with the respect they deserve whether it is your first home purchase or refinancing your current mortgage. He looks forward to working with all new clients and being their mortgage broker for life.

Matt Standridge

Matt has worked in the fitness industry for many years. He obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science and Master's of Science in Exercise Physiology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, NSCA (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS), American College of Sports Medicine, ACSM (Health Fitness Instructor, HFI) and National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM (Performance Enhancement Specialist, PES).

Matt still enjoys working in the fitness industry part-time with athletes, cardiac rehab patients and special populations, but made the decision to pursue a different career path in the mortgage industry. Since that time, Matt has helped many clients save money and purchase their first home.

Matt enjoys the ever changing challenge the mortgage industry provides him with and looks forward to helping more clients. He believes that communication, honesty and consistency are three of the most important aspects to be successful in his business.

Pat Flynn

Pat Flynn is originally from Annapolis, MD. He has been in the mortgage industry for almost ten years. He enjoys the ability to help people with their financial needs for home ownership.

In 1996 Pat earned a B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. Following graduation he was a part of the coaching staff at the Naval Academy, F&M, and James Madison. He then moved to State College in 2001 to pursue new challenges in the mortgage industry. He continues to reside in State College with his wife, Jennifer and their two children.

He is active as an assistant high school wrestling coach for Bellefonte High School and club coach for Penn State University. He and his family enjoy traveling to visit friends and family.

Gretchen Beers

Gretchen is a graduate from Edinboro University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. After finishing her degree, she had worked in the insurance business for several years before making the transition into the mortgage industry. She currently resides in Blandburg, PA.

As office manager at Snare & Associates, she dedicates her time to making sure the office is equipped to run smoothly on a daily basis. She helps her coworkers with loan filing, processing and uploading. She takes pride in making sure each and every customer feels welcome when they walk through the door.

Jessica Oswald

Jessica resides in Hollidaysburg, PA with her son. Upon completing courses for Office Professionalism, she immediately started working as a marketing and administrative assistant in the engineering field. She continued this line of work for several years prior to joining Snare & Associates in the fall of 2010.

Jessica’s part in Snare & Associates is serving as the receptionist and as the administrative assistant to the loan officers and office manager. She enjoys participating in meeting the deadlines required to make each loan a success and seeing the pleased look on each client’s face when the time comes for their loan to close.
